Marta says the best part of her day at the YMCA is the PEOPLE. Marta’s Y story started when she learned how to swim as a little girl at the YMCA. Marta’s kids learned sports at the YMCA, and benefitted from financial assistance when she first joined the Y. She first started working at the Y as a part time front desk staff working 5-10 hour a week before she was asked to become a full-time membership staff. Now Marta is managing the Lowell YMCA.
