Personal Trainer
Tamara is a graduate from the University of Michigan, with a BS in Movement Science. She is pursuing her Physical Therapy Doctorate at GVSU. Her professional certifications are from the American Council on Exercise, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and is Red Cross Certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED. She has experience training a wide variety of clients ranging from children to the elderly, which supports and helps spread her passion about living an active and healthy lifestyle.

Jessica is a graduate from Grand Valley State University, with a BS in Athletic Training. She holds professional certifications from the National Strength & Conditioning Association, Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Athletic Trainer, ATC, and Red Cross Cerftified in First Aid, CPR, and AED. She strives to help each person achieve their goals whatever their age and fitness level, and enjoys helping others gain flexibility, decrease aches and pains, and increase their cardiovascular health.

Personal Trainer
Jon graduated with a BS in Fitness & Wellness from Grand Valley State University. He holds professional certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist as well as from the Red Cross and is certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED. He enjoys helping others transform their body through gaining muscle and losing body fat, increasing flexibility, decreasing aches and pains, and improving cardiovascular health.

Heather is a graduate of Liberty University. She is certified by: American Council on Exercise, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, National Academy of Sports Medicine, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and Red Cross Certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED. Heather has worked in the health and fitness industry since 1993 and has competed in fitness, figure, and bodybuilding competitions. Her passion is to help people achieve their fitness goals whether it is to lose fat, gain muscle, relieve stresss, or just to feel better.
