Luke Bronkema
Personal Trainer
Luke received a BA in Physical Education/Elementary Ed from Cornerstone University and is currently attending Ferris State University as a mathematics major. He is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and is Red Cross Certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED. He played on Cornerstone University’s varsity basketball team and was a tri-sport high school athlete (basketball, football, baseball). He has coached basketball for 9 years and has trained numerous athletes in football, basketball, baseball, and soccer.

Rosemary Dolphin
Personal Trainer
Rosemary is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor, Enhanced Fitness Exercise Instructor, and is Red Cross Certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED. She has over six years of personal training experience. Her favorite types of activities include, but are not limited to, strength and functional movement training. She believes that every person can improve balance, flexibility and strength no matter what age.

Julie is certified in the following: NASM Personal Trainer, AFAA Group Exercise Instructor, Enhanced Fitness Exercise Instructor, PowerFlex Instructor and is also Red Cross Certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED. She has eight years of training experience and is a running, hiking, and water sport enthusiast.

Mike Paas
Personal Trainer
Mike graduated from Hope College in 2010 with a BA in Exercise Science and Psychology. He’s an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and also American Heart Association certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED. He played four years of collegiate football, and two years track and field (2009 All-MIAA javelin throw runner up) and is a member of the West Michigan Force semi-professional football team. He competed in the CrossFit Games Open this year. Mike is experienced in speed and agility development and can help you with sports-specific training

Brian Weston
Personal Trainer
Brian is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer as well as an NASM Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist. He is Red Cross Certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED. He has over twenty years of personal weight and conditioning training as well as several years of speed and agility training for athletes. Brian has served as an assistant field director for youth football and basketball, and is a little league baseball coach.
