Do Your Children Have Health Insurance?
The YMCA has partnered with the State of Michigan to help you access free or low-cost insurance for your children age 18 and under. These programs cover the cost of regular check-ups, vision and dental care, immunizations and perscriptions for your children.
How Do I Get Started?
- Call for a free appointment at 616.855.9686 - if you can't come to us, don't worry, we can come to you
- When you come in for your appointment, bring the following: social security numbers for everyone in your family (if you have them) and information about your income. How much you make before and after taxes.
- We will work one-on-one with you to complete the form on-line.
