Q: Is financial aid available?
A: Yes, detailed information is available here. Financial aid can not be used in combination with other discounts, coupons or promotional offers.
Q: How much financial aid can I receive?
A: The amount of aid is determined by a sliding scale based upon family size and income. The amount of aid will range from 0% to 65%. You will be responsible for a portion of your fees. Your minimum payment for summer camp will be $75 or 35%, whichever is greater. You are also encouraged to have your child become involved in the candy sale to help pay for camp fees.
Q: If I had financial aid last year, do I need to reapply?
A: Yes, all financial aid is valid through the calendar year.
Q: Do I need to provide proof of income?
A: Yes, you will need to include the first page of your current tax return as wll as all other types of income including food stamps,DHS, and disability.
Q: What if I have not completed my taxes yet?
A: You may turn in documentation as soon as you have completed your taxes. Please be sure to indicate your child’s name and the camp your child is registered for.

Q: How many people can constitute a family membership?
A: One or two adults and their dependents living in the same household, all who consider themselves a family
Q: I am not a member.  Can I use your facility(ies)?
A: Come on in with a member and purchase a guest pass. It is the easiest way to check out the branches. However, many of our programs are open to everyone.
Q: How do I get a guest pass?
A: You may purchase guest passes at the front desk.
Q: How do I cancel my account or put my membership on hold?
A: Contact our membership department.
Q: Which locations have lap swimming and what are the hours?
A: Posted on the websites.

Q: How do I go about getting a personal trainer?
A: Call the fitness director.
Q: Can non-members attend group exercise classes?
A: Yes. Non-members can join classes but will be charged a different fee. Y members get the best rates and many of our classes are members only.
Q: How do I register for classes listed in your spring/summer/winter/fall catalog?
A: Online now
Q: When is your farmer’s market?
A: Thursdays May-October from 3-6 pm in the David D. Hunting parking lot.
Q: Can rent your facility for events / parties?
A: Yes, contact the front desk of the facility you would like to rent.
