Grand Rapids, MI – Kim Ritz has accepted a position in the fund development department as Director of Major Gifts for the YMCA of Greater Grand Rapids.
Sara DeMann, Vice President of Development & Public Policy, said, “The Y has expanded its community outreach serving the area with programs that focus on youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. This expanded mission for the Y has meant that the fund development team has had to adjust to more of the Y’s demands. Kim has been working with the YMCA part-time for the past three years. She has played a critical role in assisting the Y in launching the Spartan Store YMCA. We are pleased to have her on the team fulltime.”
Ritz has a strong commitment to the mission of the Y and plans on expanding her role in assisting the Y with developing new and innovative ways in getting the community to engage in the YMCA mission.
