IONIA, MICHIGAN – The Ionia YMCA will be offering a Tidal Wave swim class beginning Tuesday, March 2nd at 7:00pm. This class will run for seven weeks on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 7:00pm-8:00pm.

This class has a wide variety of high intensity moves that will challenge all muscle groups. Tidal Wave is a high impact water aerobics class.

Tidal Wave is geared towards adults and is open to both members and non members. The cost for a member participant is $35.00 and for a non member participant is $70.00.
