There’s more to being healthy than just being physically active. The Y strives to make each member of the community healthy in their spirit, mind, and body. Members are given the opportunities they need to learn a new skill, try a new fitness class, and come closer to their faith. We want to give every person a chance to live as healthy as possible through family connections, becoming physically active, playing, and trying new experiences.
