Overview

The YMCA BIA scale can give you all of this information for you to start thinking about fitness goals you would like to achieve.

Are you in the healthy range for skeletal muscle mass?
Are you in the healthy range for fat mass?
Are you drinking enough water and does your water weight make up enough of your healthy mass?

Find out how much muscle mass is in each of your arms and legs. Get an estimate of how much fat you need to lose, or maybe how much muscle mass you need to gain.
