Overview

Members only FREE class

Most popular exercises, such as running and cycling, focus on the lower body. Little attention is paid to the trunk, or core, of the body. Core muscles – the abdomen, chest and back – are responsible for stabilizing the rest of the body. Having a solid core creates a foundation for all activities. Participants, through core exercises, will create balance between the muscles of the abdominal and the back. For all levels.
