Overview

One hour class a week will build your endurance, define your core, and push you to the next level. 45 minutes of cycling followed by 15 minutes of strength training. Fitness tests are given at the beginning and end of the session to track your progress with core strength, flexibility, body fat percentage, and lower body strength. For intermediate to advanced exercisers.
