This one hour clinic will teach you to properly use a foam roller to stretch all of your major muscle groups. Foam rollers are great for runners and athletes or anyone looking to improve flexibility.
Foam rolling works through myofascial release, or muscle fiber release. It mimics massage in that it digs deep into the muscle fibers to release any tightness or “knots.”
