Personal Training is for individuals who has made a serious commitment to themselves. Your objective may be short-term – looking and feeling great for an upcoming event, or long-term – improving your overall strength, endurance and agility. YMCA Personal Trainers can help.
Get started with a personal fitness assessment. You’ll go through a brief set of exercises with a YMCA Personal Trainer, who will help you understand your own fitness level and work with you to set realistic goals for improving your health.
YMCA Personal Trainers are nationally certified, highly qualified and incredibly motivated professionals who are passionate about health and fitness. Every day they coach members to reach their personal best, whether losing weight, building muscle, toning or training for an athletic event.
YMCA Personal Training sessions run one hour in length.
