Overview

A series of fitness assessments that a Certified Personal Trainer will complete with you. The assessments include body fat %, strength, flexibility, nutrition analysis, and a VO2 (cardiovascular) test. After the tests are complete you will receive your body age and recommendations on what areas you need to improve in order for you to decrease your body age. (Body Age Assessment is included in the initial personal training session).
