First and foremost, thank you for your patience. It’s been a complicated time for everyone, and we appreciate you bearing with us. COVID-19 is a quickly evolving situation and we're working as quickly as possible to meet the needs of our members, employees, and community. Here is the most up-to-date information we have.
ARE YOU CLOSED?
Due to the statewide mandate to prevent the spread of COVID-19, all Y branches, offices, and off-site locations are temporarily closed. Some childcare sites remain open with social distancing practices in place to serve our first responders and other essential health care employees.
ARE YOU OFFERING VIRTUAL WORKOUTS?
Yes! We have put together virtual resources that will allow you to stay active while at home.
You’re never far from a Y workout when you check out our options online. Get started today! We plan to stay in touch regularly with resources to help you stay health in mind, body and spirit.
HOW CAN I GET A CREDIT FOR A CANCELLED PROGRAM OR CLASS?
If you registered for a program or class that has been postponed or cancelled, we will issue you a pro-rated program credit that will be applied to your account to use when we reopen.
If you need to discuss your program or class purchase with us, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the name of the program and the name of the program participant(s). We are working hard to get back to you within seven business days or if possible, sooner.
HOW CAN I HELP?
We are so humbled and appreciative of those asking us how they can help us as we respond to community needs. With our branches closed, we’re shifting our work to support critical needs.
If you're a member, the best way to help us is to continue paying your monthly membership dues. No action is required to remain a member.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY MEMBERSHIP STATUS?
STAY WITH US - Your membership choices
Your membership helps support our efforts to meet the critical needs in our community during this pandemic. Maintaining your membership dues, volunteering, and donating helps the Y tremendously, as we take on additional work to meet the growing needs of our fellow community members who are in need of our support. Memberships will continue to be drafted unless you choose a different option below.
REMAIN AN ACTIVE MEMBER AND RECEIVE CREDIT FOR DAYS CLOSED
We respectfully ask that you consider keeping your membership active during this time so that we can remain fully focused on our efforts to help our community stay strong in spirit, mind, and body.
Should you choose to keep your membership active, please know how deeply grateful we are for your generosity. If you decide to continue your membership, you need to take no action. Members who remain active throughout the facility closure will have a credit applied to their account when we reopen our facilities. The credit will be equal to the number of days we were closed. This system credit can be redeemed for membership or programs, excluding child care. Credits will not be automatically applied to payments; members must request to use their credit for it to be redeemed. This can be done at the branch locations and/or online upon reopening. Credits will expire if a member terminates prior to using their credit or if not used before 12/31/20. Credits from one member cannot be transferred to another member.
CHANGE YOUR MEMBERSHIP STATUS
We also understand that you may have financial obligations; and naturally, we will place your membership on hold for 1, 2, or 3 months at time, with no charges to your account. You may come back early from your hold once we reopen, or extend your hold if necessary. Of course, no Joining Fee would be required, when you reactivate your account.
