Take the first step today!  Our nationally certified personal trainers are dedicated to helping you achieve your specific fitness goals. They’ll design a personalized fitness program specifically for you and your fitness needs.

In addition to the choice in trainer, you can also choose the personal training format that works best for you:

One-on-One Personal Training – just you, the trainer, and your personalized program

Partner Personal Training – customized personal training with two individuals

Small Group Personal Training – trainer lead group classes for three to six people run in scheduled five-week sessions

Running Training – walking and running coaching and training

TRX® Suspension Group Training– a full body exercise that utilizes body weight and suspended straps

Kettlebell Training – Using a sphere shaped cast iron weight that resembles a cannon ball, Kettlebell training incorporates total body movements in various types of swinging motions to increase funcational strength. (30 minutes)

Registered Dietitian Services – food and nutrition experts who translate the science of nutrition into practical, healthy living solutions

Level 1 Personal Training

Entry level personal trainer. Certified though an approved, nationally recognized personal training organization. May have prior experience as a wellness coach, group fitness instructor or similar work experience.

*Starter Pack is two hours of personal training for $99. Can be used in four sessions of 30 minutes, or two sessions of one hour, and must be purchased within 60 days of joining.

Personal Training Level 1 pricing

Level 2 Personal Training

Five or more years of personal training experience. Certified through an approved, nationally recognized personal training organization. Holds at least one additional specialty personal training certification.

Level 2 Personal Training Pricing.

 

Level 3 Personal Training

Ten or more years of personal training experience. Certified through a nationally recognized personal training organization. Holds at least one additional specialty personal training certification. Has experience working with a wide variety of clients including those with differing abilities.
