If you’re looking for extra encouragement or added variety to your workout, try joining a group fitness class. Or ask about our personal training services – alone, or combine with our Registered Dietitian Services. Relax with a massage! We also have specialized classes such as Move It to Lose It and Speed and Agility Training.

At the Y, we know firsthand the influence exercise has on our spirit, mind, and body.  We walk alongside those with chronic diseases and those who simply want to regain a better level of overall health in an effort to develop positive habits that last a lifetime.  Our medical wellness programs includes LIVESTRONG at the YMCA and YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program.
