Ben holds a BS in Recreation Leadership and Management from Ferris State University. His is certified with the Academy of Sports Medicine, is a Certified Personal Trainer and Weight Loss Specialist, and is Red Cross Certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED. Ben’s approach to wellness incorporates both fitness conditioning and weight loss and to provide clients with the knowledge and tools to live a healthier lifestyle.

Lucie Smith

As a Graduate from Michigan State University, MS, Kinesiology, specialization in Exercise Physiology, Lucie also obtained a BS from Adrian College in Exercise Science. She is certified as a Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist from the American College of Sports Medicine, a member of NASPEM Chapter, and is CPR and AED, certified. Lucie is working at a local children’s hospital in the weight center, helping children and families achieve goals by making healthy lifestyle changes. She’s interested in assisting anyone who wants to pursue fitness at all levels and ages and will adapt to needs and goals.

Heather Winters

Heather attended Liberty University. She is certified by: American Council on Exercise, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, National Academy of Sports Medicine, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and Red Cross Certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED. Heather has worked in the health and fitness industry since 1993 and has competed in fitness, figure, and bodybuilding competitions. Her passion is to help people achieve their fitness goals whether it is to lose fat, gain muscle, relieve stress, or just to feel better.

Kaeley Wynsma

Kaeley hold an Exercise Science degree from Grand Valley State University. She is certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer, First Aid and CPR certified, and the Aerobic Fitness Association of America as a certified Group Fitness Instructor. With a background in gymnastics and running, Kaeley enjoys working with a variety of athletes and helping them to tone up, and lose weight.
