Amanda is an ACE certified personal trainer. She became dedicated to a more movement filled life after college. She began running and has several half marathons under her belt. She then found an interest in weight training where she turned a passion into a career. Amanda loves working with a wide range of people who might be new to the gym or an advanced gym goer who has specific goals. She knows the commitment it takes to reach your goals and works with you every step of the way supporting, motivating, and educating. Amanda works to make health a lifestyle and not a chore. She focuses on sustainability to best suit each person. Everybody starts somewhere but what matters most is that you start. In her free time, Amanda enjoys ice skating, bike riding, and exploring with her dog.
