Brooke is a Registered Dietitian and ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. She completed her Master of Public Health in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Michigan and earned her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina.
Brooke excels in working with individuals to build their self confidence in the gym and the kitchen. She believes that exercise should be both fun and effective, also that food should be delicious and nutritious.
