As a strength coach with over 8 years of experience and a background in competitive powerlifting, Connor specializes in building programs that are as effective as they are individualized. He’s not here to offer generic plans or quick fixes—every program is grounded in science, shaped by real coaching experience, and designed to meet you where you are. With a B.S. in Exercise Science and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification, Connor helps clients of all backgrounds gain strength, build muscle, lose fat, and move with confidence. Outside the gym, he enjoys exploring local restaurants with his wife, Malia, and spending time with their dog, Clover.
