Dre has been a Certified Personal Trainer through The American Council on Exercise (ACE) for over 7 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science which he obtained from Grand Valley State University. He specializes in strength training, injury prevention and weight loss. He works with people of all ages, lifestyles and backgrounds and believes a solid workout routine is essential for overall health and wellbeing. His goal for his clients is to ensure they are comfortable while working out and to make each session a challenging workout. In addition to his personal training certification and bachelor’s degree he also is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. He can help you manage pain symptoms and further progress recovery with functional exercises and education.
