Erikson graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and a minor in Health Promotion with the intentions of pursing a master’s degree. He is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer. His goal is to make sure every workout is fun and worthwhile. Erikson prides himself on having a holistic approach to exercise. He believes the key to having a sustainable exercise routine are doing workouts that are enjoyable yet challenging. He loves working with new gym members or advanced athletes and lifters while keeping them motivated, accountable, and educated. He was a 4-sport athlete growing up playing basketball, baseball, cross country and track and field. He has run marathons with the most recent being the Boston Marathon. Erikson loves to run, play basketball, watch sports and hammock in his free time.”
