Jayce has been a dedicated gym-goer for 20 years, finding her love for group fitness classes and weightlifting at the Forest Hills YMCA. She attended Les Mills classes regularly and began feeling the results in her day-to-day life. When she moved to the Lowell area she fell in love with the “small-town, know everyone” feel of the Lowell YMCA and would frequent the classes there, soon being noticed by an instructor who encouraged Jayce to earn a certification to become a Les Mills Instructor. This led to many more group fitness certifications and, ultimately, a personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). All the training courses she took gave her a need to know the science behind all the workouts she was instructing. Jayce loves to share her love of fitness by working one-on-one with clients and has a passion for teaching, a perfect fit for personal training. She believes that fitness is a lifestyle anyone can have that can make all kinds of things possible, that being fit leads to the possibility of enjoying all our other hobbies and endeavors to the fullest.
