Joel is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and lifelong fitness enthusiast.  He started running as a middle schooler to help a family member get active after an illness and hasn’t slowed down since.  Having completed multiple marathons and triathlons, Joel’s roots are in endurance sports but over the years his passions expanded to include resistance training. His approach to training balances discipline and consistency with approachability and flexibility.  Experiences as a veteran and cancer survivor have also shaped his approach to physical and mental wellness.  Making health and fitness a regular part of your life is a transformational experience for both body and mind that will dramatically boost your confidence.
