Jordan Taylor is an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and YogaBody Yin Yoga instructor. He has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in public health. He has experience coaching athletes for powerlifting, bodybuilding, team sports, long distance running, fat loss, muscle gain, overall body recomposition, and instructing yoga classes. While Jordan knows the importance of reaching your health and fitness goals, he is passionate about helping you become a better version of yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally.
