Josh is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer. He is completing his bachelor’s degree of Exercise Science with a Health-Fitness Instruction emphasis at Grand Valley State University expecting graduation during April 2023. Josh has extensive individual and group training experience with a wide range of clients of all ages. He wants to understand your goals on an individual level and help you reach them! Josh has athletic experience playing a variety of sports including Football, Wrestling, Rowing, Cross Country, and is currently on the GVSU Waterski / Wakeboard team. He is open to a wide range of workouts including barbell compound lifts, machines, dumbbells, bodyweight workouts and more. Josh is an avid runner and has successfully run a Trail Marathon on Grand Island taking 2nd in Men’s 20-29 age division and 6th place overall. Josh would love to help you as a runner with form improvement and a concrete training plan. Whether that be creating a plan to help you walk further, run your first mile, 5K, 10K, Half-Marathon or Marathon! Josh would love to learn about your health and wellness goals on a personal level and help you achieve them!
