Katie found her passion for fitness later in life when she decided to get healthy for herself and her family. She is a NASM certified personal trainer. Katie is also has her Group Fitness Instructor certification from AFAA and is certified in Les Mills Body Pump, Body Flow, and CXWORKS. She feels that physical activity is not only good for your physical health but your mental health as well. Katie is committed to helping her clients succeed in meeting their health and wellness goals! In her free time she enjoys running, reading, baking, and spending time with her husband and 3 children.
