Kristine is a NASM certified personal trainer with ten years of personal experience in a gym setting. She is committed to a balanced lifestyle of exercise, healthy living, and continued education. Kristine has the experience of bouncing back from pregnancy twice, and transforming from a “Mom Body”, back to her desired fitness level. She wants to empower clients to realize their greatest potential through lifestyle changes and behavior modification, while decreasing gym intimidation through mind/body awareness and information based training. Her methods entail a holistic and individually tailored approach for each client, while focusing on the importance of the body and mind connection of wellness by improving mental health through exercise and healthy lifestyle changes.
Kristine looks to help determine achievable short and long term goals, and support clients through accountability and consistent follow up to increase exercise adherence for lasting life-long results.
