Lindsey is a mom to 3 kids and has been a Group fitness instructor for the past six years. She teaches LesMills core, Combat, RPM, and was recently certified in Body step. She is a NASM certified personal trainer and a coach for the Livestrong program at the YMCA. As someone who has had her own battle with cancer the Livestrong program is very near and dear to her heart. Lindsey understands the importance of fitness in everyday life and loves to share that with others. As your personal trainer Lindsey will have a strong focus on proper form and functional fitness.
