I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer and am passionate about looking at a person’s health from multiple perspectives. My interest in exercise started from an early age when I played every sport I could. That interest continued while playing basketball at the collegiate level. Here, I was able to learn more about the importance of a holistic approach to health. This includes things like nutrition, relationships, stress-management, and more. I believe exercise can be integrated into a person’s life and may look different for everyone. I am dedicated to improving the quality of peoples’ lives in any way possible. Due to my interest in health and wellness, I am currently studying to become a registered dietitian. My own experience with incorporating a well-balanced diet and exercise regime have proved to be extremely effective, and I would love to help others experience the same.
