Micheal is a NFPT Certified Personal Trainer and a Wellness Coach. With more than 2 years of training and coaching experience, Micheal brings wide knowledge and experience in body mechanics, sport/fitness/exercise, and nutrition to clients making healthy lifestyle and behavior change. He is currently studying Exercise Science at Grand Valley State University, is an assistant trainer/instructor for high school freshman PE class, and a youth football and soccer coach and referee. Micheal’s gaol is to help others improve their health and well being through fitness and exercise while lifting spirits with a great attitude.
