Molly graduated from Calvin University in 2022, where she grew a passion for health and wellness. After taking time to study it, and implement her own lifestyle changes, she began helping those around her to do the same. Later she became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Seeing others achieve their goals, and have fun while doing it, brings Molly to life. Not only is she passionate about strength building and weight-loss, but she strongly believes in the mental health benefits that fitness can bring. When she is not training, Molly enjoys travelling, spending time with her friends and family, and being outdoors.
