Shawn is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) with an NCCA accredited emphasis on corrective exercise and nutrition. He started training with his brother when he was 16 years old and was hooked. Over the years, Shawn has helped many clients achieve fat loss, increased strength, and muscular development. He is a believer in keeping things simple and excelling at the basics to maximize progress and avoid injury.
