Susan is a mom to 4 kids. She loves to roller skate, lift weights and spend time with friends and family. Susan is certified in personal training through the YMCA, a coach for the LIVESTRONG at the YMCA program, a weight loss instructor, as well as a group fitness instructor. Susan loves people! She always feels honored when someone invites her into their fitness journey. Susan’s sweet spot is weight training, but she also enjoys other areas of fitness, as well as learning new movements. When working with Susan, you can expect her full attention and to leave with a feeling of accomplishment. Fitness can be hard alone, so let’s do it together!
