The health and wellness industry has been Trish Harrison’s passion for over three decades. She has a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and a master’s degree from Western Michigan University and has been an AFAA-certified personal trainer for nearly 20 years. Additionally, Trish teaches land and water group fitness classes and carries a variety of certifications – her commitment to continuing education is unwavering. During the last 12 years, she has focused on chronic disease management programs such as LiveStrong at the YMCA (cancer survivorship) and Parkinson’s disease. Having a mother with Parkinson’s disease, she knows how crucial physical activity is to managing its progression. Trish enjoys working with all fitness levels and she will assist you in developing a plan to meet your specific goals.
