Valerie is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer as well as a Registered Dietitian, and Certified Diabetes Educator with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition. She loves to help people looking to improve their health and offers support, encouragement, and guidance along their journey. Valerie focuses on making sure lifestyle changes are sustainable to make sure they can benefit you for the long haul. She is also a big believer that there is no one right way to be active, just like there is no one right way to eat healthy. She would love to help you figure out what that looks like for you! Outside of the gym, Valerie loves to stay active outdoors and is often camping, hiking, and exploring with her husband and two sons – three if you count her Golden Retriever, Max.
