12Bursts is a daily physical activity & mindfulness challenge for kids & families working through barriers posed by homeschooling and shelter-in-place policies. Each day, pick from 12 new 5-minute challenges  to encourage kids (and parents!) to achieve the physician recommended 60 minutes of daily physical activity through short, high-energy Bursts. Bursts can be completed anywhere, anytime, using only the most basic household items as "equipment" (chairs, pillows, canned food, etc.).
