Meet Our Dietitians
Rayanne Nguyen
Registered Dietitian
Rayanne Nguyen, MS, RD, CSSD, LDN (she/her) is a registered and licensed dietitian and board certified specialist in sports dietetics. Her interest in nutrition and wellness started as a youth turned high school and collegiate athlete. Originally from California, Rayanne was a Division 1 swimmer and completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nutrition and Dietetics. She has experience in the outpatient, weight management, private practice, corporate wellness, fitness club, eating disorder, and collegiate sports nutrition settings. While she has worked for some National Championship teams, her favorite work is in individual counseling sessions – teaching nutrition education, exploring relationship with food and body, and creating sustainable health habits. Outside of work, you can find her at the farmers market, lake, traveling, or reading nonfiction.
