NEW - Youth Triathlon Series

Event includes 8-minute swim, 10-minute cycle bike and 10-minute run/walk around the indoor track. This event targets youth ages 6-14 years of age. Youth should ensure that they are able to fit a cycle bike – talk with your branches’ Wellness or Membership Director to try out a cycle bike at your branch.

Super Sprint distances: 200yd swim, 3mile bike, 1mile run.
Clothing/equipment should include: athletic shorts and shirt, athletic swim suit, towel, swim cap (optional), goggles and running shoes.

Adult Triathlon Series

Event includes 15-minute swim, 15-minute cycle bike and 15-minute run/walk around the indoor track.
Super Sprint distances: 450 yard swim, 6 mile bike, 2 mile run
Clothing/equipment should include: athletic shorts and shirt, athletic swim suit, towel, swim cap (optional), goggles, running shoes

Youth Training Clinics

Learn about and practice the components of an indoor triathlon. Each week of the one-hour training group will provide a focus on two elements of the triathlon. Week one will emphasize cycle & run, week two will emphasize swim & cycle, week three will emphasize swim & run, and week four will integrate all three components. 

The swim portion will provide ways to train and expand on swim skills. Various skill levels welcome but participants should be comfortable in the water to independently swim a minimum of one length of the pool, down and back (50 yards).
