Massage Therapy
We offer convenient and affordable, 30, 60, or 90 minute sessions with a licensed massage therapist at multiple locations. Pregnancy massage available.
Massage feels amazing, but the benefits go beyond relaxation. It can be a powerful tool to help you take charge of your health and well-being.
At first touch, our heart rate slows down by 10 beats per minute and our blood pressure lowers by 8%. The stress hormone, cortisol, lowers too. This leaves the body in a state of bliss with the rise of feel-good hormones like serotonin, endorphins and dopamine. Since dopamine plays a key role in motivation, it goes to say massage can motivate too.
Studies of the benefits of massage demonstrate that it is an effective treatment for reducing stress, pain, and muscle tension. TREAT YOURSELF and sign up for your massage session today!
If you need to cancel your appointment please do so within 24 hours or a charge will apply for the appointment.
By appointment only. Must be 18 years old.
Massage Offerings
Massage is a general term for pressing, rubbing and manipulating your skin, muscles, tendons, and ligaments. Some of the forms of massage that we provide are:

Swedish Massage is the most common type of massage that is both relaxing and energizing while relieving muscle tension and lowering stress. It involves soft, long kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic tapping strokes on the topmost layers of muscles while also moving the joints.

Sports Massage is typically used before, during, and after athletic events. The purpose of the massage is to prepare the athlete for peak performance. Sports Massage drains away fatigue, relieves swelling, reduces muscle tension, promotes flexibility, and helps prevent injuries.

Deep Tissue Massage will work out the knots from stressed, overworked muscles and connective tissue to alleviate immediate pain, as well as chronic joint and muscle pain. It also promotes faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation.

Trigger Point Massage focuses on releasing trigger points, which are small, tight knots that develop in muscles that may even cause pain in other areas of the body

Pregnancy Massage offers undeniable physical benefits that can relieve fatigue, enhance sleep, and calm an active baby. It is also a great way to relieve everyday tension and the general aches and pains, stimulate blood flow, increase muscle tone and flexibility, and alleviate leg cramps and muscle spasms.
