Teen/Adult Swim

For teens and adults looking to learn the basic skills and strokes to build confidence and be more comfortable with water activity. Swimmers will first focus on basic techniques with the use of floatation devices to gain knowledge of basic breathing techniques and basic strokes such as front paddle, side paddle, and back paddle. Once basic skills are mastered, swimmers will work on developing stronger strokes and improve endurance. 8:1 student-to-instructor ratio
