Amber is a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association and has an associate’s degree in Health & Exercise Science. Amber found her love for health and exercise in her high school years through her weightlifting class and competing in Track and Field events. It wasn’t until after high school when she started her weight loss journey that she really found a passion for strength training. Amber also gained experience and knowledge about recovering from injuries after experiencing and recovering from multiple injuries herself. Amber enjoys working will all ages, especially for anyone seeking to grow muscle, lose weight, or get back into lifting after an injury / post rehab. Amber specializes in strength training and would love to help you reach your goals!
