Andrew has always loved helping others and getting the best version out of his clients. He has been a personal trainer for 12 years. He also has 14 years of experience in group fitness, teaching a variety of different classes. He was a 4-year 3-sport athlete in high school, playing football, wrestling, and competing in track and field. He sustained a horrible injury senior year breaking his neck in a football game. That injury brought him closer to fitness and obtaining his NASM certification. He was a head coach for varsity track and field for 9 years, but has a passion for working with individuals of all ages. He strives to challenge his clients both mentally and physically by keeping technique and mindfulness a key part of his training. He is very dedicated and compassionate to the client as a whole, understanding that everyone has a different path to their own goals and dreams. He is very grateful for what he does.
