Gina is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a Wellness Coach through Wellcoaches. With more than 20 years of training and coaching experience Gina brings knowledge and experience gained from working with populations ranging from post rehabilitation, runners, weight loss and clients making healthy lifestyle and behavior change. Gina is passionate about helping people set goals and make positive, sustainable nutrition and exercise habits that become a lifestyle and build a healthy body image. She enjoys researching, cooking and eating healthy, trying new recipes, running, and being outdoors.
