“We started out casually as just being members that go to the same gym.
It started off as just two of us meeting in the chapel introducing ourselves and talking about the prayer box that I have in there. A very short time later more introductions were made. Not long after that we became more than members of the same gym. We became friends. Conversation and conversation were had, its then that I realized that we are family.

We love each other, we encourage each other, we pray for each other, we share scripture together, we look out for each, we share in wins, we share in losses, we share in births, we share in grief, we share in each other’s daily struggles, we care for each other, we build each other up, and so many other unnamed. But the biggest thing is that we ALWAYS show up for each other. What’s keeps us together is the same love for Jesus.

My gym family keeps helping grow into the person God intended for me to be, the hands and feet of Jesus. They been with me through my darkest times and I’m forever grateful for them.”
