Chocolate Hummus
Prep Time: 7 minutes Cook Time: 5 Minutes Serving Size: 2-3 cups
Ingredients:
1 Can chickpeas
1/3 cup tahini
1/3 cup cacao powder
¼ milk or non-dairy milk
1/3 cup chocolate chips
½ cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp salt
1 cup strawberries (to dip)
Directions:
Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Wash the outside of the strawberries and set aside.
Add all ingredients other than chocolate chips and strawberries to the food processor. Combine until hummus is creamy and mixed. Add to bowls and top with chocolate chips.
Dip with strawberries and enjoy!
