Pesto Turkey Wrap
Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 3-5 Minutes Serving Size: 3 wraps
Ingredients:
1 package of sliced turkey breast
1 whole tomato
1 jar of pesto
1 package of Sliced mozzarella cheese
3 Whole wheat tortillas or gluten free tortillas
2 tablespoons Olive oil
Directions:
- Cut the tomato into 4-5 slices. Open the pesto jar and scoop out 1 tablespoon.
Build the wrap. Start with 1 tortilla, add the tablespoon of pesto. Add two slices of turkey, 2 slices of tomato and 1 slice of mozzarella cheese. Repeat to make three wraps. Wrap in a burrito shape so everything is folded inside the tortilla
Heat the skillet to 300 degrees. Add the olive oil. Place the wraps folded side down on the skillet to heat them up and seal them. Press down on the wrap with the spatula. Heat for 3-5 minutes or until the folded side is golden brown. Turn off the heat and place the wraps on plates to cool
Cut the wrap in half, and enjoy warm!
