Guacamole
Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 0 Minutes Serving Size: 1 bowl

Ingredients:
1 ripe avocados
½ roma tomato, diced
1 clove of garlic, minced
¼ cup Fresh cilantro, minced
1/3 cup red onion, diced
1 lime
¼ tsp Salt and pepper
Corn or whole wheat tortilla chips
Directions:
Wash the tomato. Slice the lime in half.
Cut the avocados in half, remove and throw away the pit, and scoop the inside into a bowl. Smash the avocado with forks into a paste and squeeze ½ of the lime and combine with the avocado in the bowl.
Cut up the onion, tomato, cilantro, garlic and add to the bowl. Add salt and pepper. Combine all ingredients together.
