This program includes 2x week small group training with a personal trainer, 2 individual nutritional sessions with a registered dietician, healthy lifestyle tips, progress tracking, and peer support throughout the 8-weeks.

Experience fast-action play in an engaging atmosphere while improving speed, agility, power, and camaraderie at the same time. Play one-on-one or as a pair. The racquetball league is designed for intermediate and advanced level competitors. This league is 7 weeks long and players are guaranteed 7 games.
Make it with Mandy
Come Make it with Mandy! Enjoy different crafting activities while making new friends, experiences, and creations! For 2 hours, Mandy will instruct you through the class’s specific craft for the month. Supplies are provided.
